So it's now the end of November 2021 and here we are approaching another Christmas. This one, we hope will be better celebrated than the last two which were blighted by the dreaded Covid virus. For those of us who were lucky enough to escape the pandemic relatively unscathed there were some benefits to being locked down - from necessity it made many people revisit their creative sides For myself art became a way to survive during those strange times, it kept me sane! At this time of year I always have thoughts of painting and printing my own Christmas Cards. For some reason I am drawn to old portraits of the Madonna and Child and have an urge to paint a beautiful, atmospheric rendition of motherly love. Unfortunately it usually doesn't turn out like that!! Here's a donkey instead! Wishing you all the very best of times. Stay healthy and be kind to each other x
